Website Analysis & UX (User Experience)
The user experience (UX) of a product such as a website or app is how someone feels when interacting with it.
Therefore, UX design involves creating products that are slick and easy to use – not just visually appealing.
For example, as Buy As You View moved to a completely online model, the website became an even more crucial part of the business. By setting up a series of dashboards to monitor site conversion rate and leads, coupled with user feedback, we were able to highlight any possible problems or areas for improvement.
This included Google Analytics and Power BI reports, Lucky Orange heat maps and site recordings as well as collating customer website feedback.
Examples of UX design can be seen on our Wireframes & Prototypes project.
